Common questions.

Do you service non-Bike Central e-bikes?
Yes — we service all major brands. Our technicians are trained on Shimano STEPS, Bosch Performance Line, and most hub-motor systems. Give us a call if you're unsure about your model.
How long does a service take?
Health Checks take about 60 minutes. Full Services 2—3 hours. Full Overhauls are typically a half-day. Same-day collection is available on Health Checks and Full Services when booked before 10am.
Can I finance a service with Klarna?
Absolutely. All service packages and parts are eligible for Klarna Pay in 3 or 0% APR Finance. The minimum for monthly finance is £99, which covers a Full Service and above.
What's in the digital health report?
A before-and-after photo set, full 20-point checklist, notes on wear items to watch, battery state-of-health %, and technician notes. Emailed as a PDF within 30 minutes of completion.
Will servicing elsewhere void my warranty?
Third-party servicing won't void your warranty automatically, but using non-OEM parts or unapproved modifications might. For warranty work, we must carry out or authorise the repair. When in doubt, call us first — it's always free advice.
